Mr. Rajendra Dhondiba Khamkar who is working as Senior Library Assistant in Barr. Balasaheb Khardekar Library, andICSSR Doctoral Research Fellow, Department of Library and Information Science, Shivaji University, Kolhapur obtained Ph.D. in Library and Information Sciencerecently. He worked on the thesis entitled “An Evaluative Study of Information Seeking Behaviour of the Faculty Members of LIS Education in Maharashtra State”. Under the guidance of Prof (Dr.) P. V. KonnurFormer University Librarian, Bangalore University, Goa University, and Chairman Department of Library and Information Science, Rani Chanamma University, Belguam.  

Dr. Rajendra Khamkar has attended & published number of research papers in National and International Conferences, as well as National and International LIS journals.
